The future looks bright as Ray White Newcastle Group expands into Hamilton.
Ray White Newcastle owners Barry Price and Darren Penn are excited about the evolution of their group. After a huge growth phase in Newcastle, Ray White Newcastle has expanded into the nearby suburb of Hamilton with the acquisition of Ray White Hamilton. Barry and Darren have more than 50 plus years of experience selling and managing real estate assets between them, and they’re bringing their knowledge and expertise to the area.

“There’s a lot of emotional connection for us to Hamilton, and I love the area,” Darren says, who himself lives in Hamilton South. He’s thrilled all the existing staff and team in the business are staying on after the rebrand to Ray White. With aligned staff, the company will continue to thrive and expand and offer unmatchable customer service. The Hamilton office is in a high exposure spot and is a trusted name in property management with some 500 managements.
“We have always wanted a local office where we have close access to people. We’ll bring the Ray White way to the business and re-energise it with our technology and new branding. I am so excited about the future as there truly is no finish line,” Darren says.
Ray White Hamilton is undergoing a makeover but will have the same team at its core. The office on Beaumont Street sits amid the eclectic mix of sidewalk cafes, thriving pub scene, boutique fashion stores, antiques, bookstores and unique homewares – all the things Ray White loves about the area.
